  • A Spanish-speaking Wandernow guide throughout, plus local guides (in English, sometimes Spanish) who add the local perspective
  • We don't sell tours: we offer guided adventure trips, in Spanish, in small groups of maximum 16 people.

Why travel with us?

  • No more than 16 travelers—never a tour bus.

Flavours of Tanzania

Nyama choma — Flavours of Tanzania

Nyama choma

Meat grilled directly over charcoal, East Africa’s quintessential social ritual.

Ugali — Flavours of Tanzania

Ugali

Maize porridge served with almost everything, sustaining generations of herders.

Zanzibar spices — Flavours of Tanzania

Zanzibar spices

Clove, cinnamon and cardamom scent the stews of the Spice Island.

The great migration crosses the savannah as spices cross the Indian Ocean towards Zanzibar: two routes, one country. Eating nyama choma beside a fire while watching the horizon crossed by wildebeest is the other half of safari that no photograph can hold.
