01 — WORK WITH US

Working here means living the adventure, not a desk.

Wandernow is an adventure travel house founded in 2014. We run 24 destinations across all 7 continents with groups of 16 travelers max. We're looking for Latin talent to build the most admired Spanish-speaking adventure company.

02 — WHAT WANDERNOW IS

A travel house, not a call center

We don't resell tours: we design and operate our own trips with a Spanish-speaking Wandernow guide. Fixed dates, published prices, 16 travelers max.

12 years operating the Arctic, Antarctica, the Himalaya, road trips and culture-led journeys. Every year we open new destinations, new markets and new content formats.

The team is remote, small and demanding. Whoever joins travels, produces, sells and operates.

03 — POTENTIAL

Real growth

Open markets in Mexico, Latin America and Spain, with a catalog growing every season.

Travel while you work

You head out to destination several times a year with per diem and flights covered.

A brand with a voice

Active community, cinematic content and a recognizable aesthetic you help build.

Flat team

No middle layers: your ideas reach operations in weeks, not quarters.

04 — THE ROLE

2027 season

Trip coordinator

We're looking for year-round, fixed coordinators. You start in one term with the chance to continue into the following ones.

How the team travels on each departure

Every departure is led by a Lead coordinator (Mexican) and, when the trip requires it, a Co-coordinator. People from any country can apply.

Two kinds of trip

Road trips

Groups of up to 16 in two 9-seat vans; both coordinators drive. Includes Arctic winter with snow, ice and wind; Nordic summer; and left-hand driving in Oceania.

With a local operator

No driving: the coordinator represents Wandernow, coordinates with the operator and solves everything with the group.

Terms

January–April
Arctic winter, Latin America, Asia and North Africa.
May–August
Nordic summer road trips, Caucasus, Africa and Central Asia.
September–December
Asia, Oceania road trips and Arctic winter season.

Pay: from €100 per day, plus per diem and flights covered.

You work in uniform, representing Wandernow. Wandernow does NOT cover traffic fines (speeding, reckless driving, etc.); the coordinator pays them.
