How it works

Register your agency and wait for our approval.

Choose your trip and dates. Register each traveler's actual details and request your exclusive code.

Pay with your card and single-use code, in one payment or deferred payments. The discount applies to the public price for your selected payment method.

Your travelers have their own Wandernow accounts. You handle payments.
Each payment includes processing fees (card and payment platform), approximately 4% per payment; this varies by card and currency. They are paid by the agency, calculated on the amount after your discount, and itemized before payment.
Prices do not include VAT. Agencies in Mexico that require a tax invoice: an additional 16% VAT. Agencies outside Mexico: invoice with 0% VAT.
How does my agency earn?
Your profit is the discount: 15% for groups and 20% for the four Flex destinations. Sell at or above the public price, never below it. Wandernow pays no additional commissions.
Who issues invoices?
WANDERNOW S.A. de C.V. issues tax invoices and invoices. VAT on Mexican tax invoices is handled outside the website, directly between accountants.
